This website currently accepts quote requests only. No online payment is collected on the website yet.

Retail orders

When retail checkout is enabled, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery unless the product page states otherwise. Returned items must include original packaging and accessories.

Wholesale and custom orders

Wholesale, bulk, custom-branded, or special-order products may be final sale once confirmed, produced, or shipped. Any exceptions must be confirmed in writing before purchase.

Damaged or defective items

Customers should contact IBT Global within 7 days of delivery with order details, photos, and a description of the issue. We may offer replacement, repair, credit, or refund depending on the case.
